AND UPON the Orders of Justice Robert French dated 24 July 2023 (as amended and re-issued on 26 July 2023), 28 July 2023 and 2 August 2023

AND UPON the Court reading the evidence filed by the Claimant and accepting the undertakings by the Claimant set out in Schedule 1 of this Order and the interim undertakings of the Defendant set out in Schedule 2 of this Order

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THATthe matter is reserved for judgment.

Undertakings provided by the Claimant

If the DIFC Courts later find that this Order, or the making by the Defendant of the interim undertaking at Schedule 2 of this Order, has caused loss to the Defendant, and decide that the Defendant should be compensated for that loss, the Claimant will comply with any Order that the Courts may make.

SCHEDULE 2

Interim Undertakings provided by the Defendant

The Defendant will preserve thestatus quoas at the date of this Order as regards the Defendant’s external re-branding exercise by pausing temporarily any further external rebranding steps or further external re-branding communications until 8pm GST on 27 September 2023 (midnight WST on 28 September 2023).
