CONSENT ORDER
UPON the parties having agreed a variation of the case management order dated 18 January 2024 (the “CMO”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraphs 3 to 5 of the CMO are varied, as follows:
(a) Paragraph 3 of the CMO shall be deleted and replaced with the following:
“Objections to Requests contained in a RTP (if any) shall be filed and served by the party responding to the RTP by no later than 4pm GST on27 February 2024”.
(b) Paragraph 4 of the CMO shall be deleted and replaced with the following:
“Replies to Objections to Requests contained in a RTP (if any) shall be filed and served by the party making the RTP by no later than 4pm GST on5 March 2024”.
(c) Paragraph 5 of the CMO shall be deleted and replaced with the following:
“Where there are no objections to a particular Request contained in a RTP, the responding party shall produce to the requesting party documents which are responsive to that request by no later than 4pm GST on5 March 2024”.
