UPON the Claimant’s Application No. CFI-070-2022/2 dated 10 November 2023 seeking to add Liberty Fe Trade DMCC (the “Second Defendant”) as a new party pursuant to RDC 20.7

AND UPON the Court’s permission being required to add the Second Defendant as a new party because the claim form has been served, pursuant to RDC 20.11

AND UPON the Consent Order dated 1 December 2023 adding the Second Defendant as a party to the Claim (the “Consent Order”)

AND UPON the Claimant filing and serving the Amended Claim Form, Particulars of Claim, and the Consent Order on the Defendants

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The Defendants shall file and serve a joint Defence on the Claimant by no later than4pm on 24 January 2024.

2. The Claimant shall file and serve any Reply to the Defence on the Defendants by no later than4pm on 14 February 2024.

3. Costs shall be costs in the case.

4. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
